4. Morrie then calls you and brings the buyer to your home. If he wants to make an offer, Morrie does all the paperwork, negotiates the deal, arranges the financing, opens and follows through escrow, inspections, final walk-through, etc. - in other words, TOTALLY FULL SERVICE from beginning to end!

 

BOTTOM LINE is this - one of two things can happen:

If Morrie does not sell the house, you pay him absolutely NOTHING! No up front fees, nothing at the end, nothing ever!
