My primary focus is on representing YOU, as your Buyer's Agent! This service is free, as I am paid by the seller, but with 100% loyalty to YOU! As a result, I never have more listings at any one time (4 is my absolute MAXIMUM) than I can adequately service and aggressively promote, and that's the way I like it!
I also have some concerns about dual agency. I would rather focus 100% of my energy on YOUR needs, representing only YOU, as your buyer's agent, rather than trying to represent you and the seller at the same time.
